My name is Ricky, and I’ve been passionate about barbering since I was 14. With 2 years of experience, I love creating fresh cuts and making every client leave my chair smiling. Barbering isn’t just a career, it’s a craft I take everywhere, and I enjoy bringing good vibes and great cuts wherever I go.

Licensed since 2017, Will is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He loves the transformation process of a fresh cut—the before and after that boosts men’s self-esteem. For him, barbering is more than just a career; it’s a way to connect with clients while also giving him the freedom to spend valuable time with his kids.
Pete & Melissa: Founders of 7 Blades Barbershop
Pete brings over a decade of experience from the corporate world, along with a strong background in real estate and home renovation. With deep roots in a family of hair professionals, he felt a calling to launch a business in the barbering industry where tradition meets innovation.
Melissa has been a licensed hairdresser for more than eight years and opened her first salon in 2017. In 2023, she expanded her vision by co-founding a salon in Wesley Chapel with her best friend—combining leadership, creativity, and community.
Together, Pete and Melissa founded 7 Blades Barbershop to pursue a shared dream of building a faith-driven business that reflects excellence, style, and purpose. Their mission is to create a space where barbers thrive, clients feel valued, and legacy is built—one blade at a time.
